Mission Mission Mission

Welcome to the website of the Forth Valley Driving Instructors Association.

The aim of our Association is to inform, support and represent Driving Instructors in the local area, providing opportunity for Continuing Professional Development and to promote the common goal of improving Road Safety, to as wide a membership as possible.

Our regular meetings are held in Stirling, however we have a membership of driving instructors from locations across a wide area including Denny, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Alloa, Kincardine, Dollar, Dunblane, Callander and Killin as well as Stirling.

On our website you can find all the relevant information regarding our organisation including the benefits of membership, our activities, latest news and the facility to apply for membership online. Our Association is affiliated to the Driving Instructors Scottish Council, giving Forth Valley the opportunity to have a voice in our industry at a national level, and receive direct information regarding any changes affecting our profession.

The next meeting of the association will be held on Thursday 14th September 2017 at the King Robert Hotel, Bannockburn FK7 0LJ  from 7:00 pm.

Leslie Davies (DVSA) will be at the meeting giving us a talk on the new driving test being introduced in December.
